Originally named the Green Acres Auto Theatre. Built by the local Gordon Theatres chain; later sold to Martin Theatres, which operated it through the '70s. Was a full-time XXX venue in its final three years. Picture, if you will, a place called "Green Acres" showing dirty movies. Talk about Hooterville... <g>
