currently: Sagamore Run residential subdivision

Notable for its central building (projection, snack bar, restrooms, offices) which was built in the style of a large suburban ranch house, as well as its giant 115-foot screen (advertised as "the world's largest", natch). Debut feature was Three Coins In the Fountain.
